Write an essay-style answer to the question below and include explanations for the evidence you provide.

Question: Why is it important that an entrepreneur establishes a strong ethical culture within and outside the firm?

To better answer this question, it would help if you do some research and reading about this topic. Use the internet to discover ways to explain what makes a strong ethical culture. 

You may want to research business ethics to find examples to enhance the discussion. You could discuss how strong ethical culture can impact on an employee’s behavior and their relationship with other organisations and customers
