Francis Davies is a British tourist who has recently visited Beijing. He noticed that many Chinese people wore face masks to protect them against air pollution, but they were not worn by tourists.  

On his return to the UK Francis devised an idea to sell tourists anti-pollution masks when they arrive at an airport or railway station.
