In this theme you have learnt that a business plan is a written document that outlines the future activity for an existing or proposed business venture.

Task: Should employees of an entrepreneur be interested in their business plan?

Write a short paragraph on why an employee might be interested in their employer’s business plan?

Once you have completed the task, research the internet and see if there are similar ideas to yours. Are there any opposing ideas to yours? Write them down and see if you agree with their argument.
