    Welcome to our Alumni Offers page. Here you’ll find a list of offers and opportunities you can now access as a Kaplan alum. We’ll be adding to these pages each time there’s something new to highlight, so please do check back if you’re ever looking for resources to support your future career, events or webinars to attend, volunteering opportunities to get involved with, or paid roles to apply for – we might just have the perfect thing!

    If you have any questions about our alumni offers, or want to suggest something you’d like to see us offer in the future, please do get in touch at ki.pathwaysalumni@kaplan.com. We’d love to hear from you. If you have questions specific to your college, please do reach out to them using the same college services email address you used when you were a student.

    Please note: For some of our offers, more information will be sent out by email (for example, invites to an event, or application links for a new internship). If you’ve recently changed or are planning to change your contact email, please make sure to update your college services team so they can ensure you receive all the offer details you need.

      Our regional offices have a range of paid roles available each summer, from internships and ambassadors, to event helpers. If you’re looking for paid opportunities whilst you’re home over Summer, click through to see whether there are any roles available in your area.

      If you’re hoping to take up a part-time work opportunity whilst you study, we might have a role or internship to suit you. Whether it’s a college-based opportunity, a virtual role with a central team, or a wellbeing co-ordinator at one of our residences, click through now to see what’s currently available.

    • Get support with preparing for and settling into university Page

      New transition sessions available! We’re still here to help. If you need support over Summer whilst you enrol at and prepare for university, we can support you. We’re also here to answer your questions as you settle in this autumn.

    • Stay at a Kaplan Residence whilst you’re at university Page

      As a Kaplan alum you can still stay at our accommodation whilst you’re at university, with rebooking rates currently starting at the same price as last year.

    • Get help from our University Placement Service Page

      Are you hoping to undertake postgraduate study after your undergraduate degree? Or have your plans changed, and you now need to find different university options? Don’t worry – our specialist University Placement Service (UPS) team are here to help. As a Kaplan alum, you can receive this support for free. 

    • Join activities to support your wellbeing Page

      Thinking about your wellbeing is an important factor for making the most of your time at university, and as you take the next steps in your career journey. We have a range of resources and activities that you might find useful.
