In this theme you have learnt that there are certain factors that an entrepreneur must consider when setting up an entrepreneurial firm and these factors have legal and ethical consequences.

Consider the following task. Prepare a short description, justifying your comments for each of the points in the task.

It may help if you use the internet and other sources of information to research your answers. You should present your answers digitally so that they are accessible to share.

Task: What are the areas that an entrepreneur should focus on, to build a strong ethical culture within their new business?

To answer this question, you could think about/research the following:

1.       How could the behavior of the entrepreneur and their management team impact on the culture of the business?

2.       What documentation could the entrepreneur introduce to establish rules within their business that would encourage a strong ethical culture?

3.       What support can an entrepreneur give to their employees to help them to be part a strong ethical culture.
