Write an essay-style answer to the question below and include explanations for the evidence you provide.

Question:

What is the difference between an effective employee and an efficient employee?

To better answer this question, it would help if you do some research and reading about this topic. Use the internet to discover ways to explain what an effective or efficient employee is.

Try to give some examples of what it means to be an efficient or an effective employee. You may want to research employee behavior to find examples to enhance the discussion. You could discuss how an employee’s behavior makes them either effective or efficient.

You should make sure that you use at least three sources when checking that a fact is correct. You should try and limit your sources to academic publications and reputable websites such as news websites or sites that are maintained by well-known and respected organisations.
