You have learnt from this theme that a business model framework can help an entrepreneur configure their business model to produce a viable and exciting business.

Hans Bliss is a small business owner. He knows that he needs to establish partnerships with other companies to ensure that his business model works.

Unfortunately, apart from his supplier, he is not sure of the types of alliances on which he may gain assistance in future. 

Hans Bliss has asked you what types of partnerships there are that he can consider for his future needs.

Write a short report advising Hans on the benefits of Barringer and Ireland’s Business Model Template. In particular you should stress the use of strategic assets advise him on partnerships and his partnership network.

To complete this task, research the topic on the internet before giving your advice, as you must support your advice with facts.
