  • Thinking about your wellbeing is an important factor for making the most of your time at university, and as you take the next steps in your career journey. We have launched this new area of Pathways Extra so we can bring you resources, new activities and exclusive opportunities that can help support your wellbeing as you transition into university.

Wellbeing means different things to different people, and it can be a complicated topic. If thinking about this raises any challenging feelings for you, remember that support is available. If you are at university, you can seek support from your university support services - take a look at their website or ask a staff member for more information. We've also listed some useful student support services below, that you can access online now (it doesn't matter if you're at university or not).

    • Our first exclusive alumni offering in this wellbeing space is a resilience programme, designed to help you develop the skills to cope with stress, overcome challenges, and improve your overall wellbeing. Learn alongside other Kaplan alumni and gain valuable resilience skills as you take your next steps. Click now for more details!

    • This year, our student and alumni competition, organised by Kaplan International Pathways and National Geographic Learning, had the theme of International Student Wellbeing.

Using the winning entries, we worked with National Geographic Learning to produce an anthology of work that not only reflects what wellbeing means to our students and alumni, but also illustrates the great diversity within this theme, and highlights various areas of the international student experience.
