      1.       Complete the absence notification form:       Digital Pathways Absence Form

      2. Email your Learning Advisor and subject tutors. 

      3. You must do this for each day of your absence, as soon as you know that you will be absent.

      Please be aware, all absences from class will affect your weekly and overall attendance. However, absence forms will be taken in account on review of your attendance
